Since I personally suffered from heavy intake of this rubbish, I must admit it can cause real harm if not taken within the ratios your body can sustain! I do not drink it anymore at all! Not even beverages and desserts made of it! -A
When ruling over slaves, make sure to have this beverage handy…
What is the first rule of ruling slaves?
Never let them know their slaves.
What is the second rule? Get them to poison themselves on a daily basis so they are sick, docile, weak, and dependent. The Egyptians did this with their newly invented beer on the weak-ends, and gave it to them free. The ruling class has learned quite a bit since then and figured out how to get us to pay for our poisons. How they go about doing this is a little tricker, but I can break it down in a few basic steps.
First they need to separate the soul from connecting to and directly communicating with the mind and body. Sound like a tall order? Not for this club of unattractive, lazy billionaire cowards. This can be accomplished simply and easily before you have reached the ripe old age of 10. Of course, the standard 84+++ injections, some in utero, and the drugs to deal with the diseases caused by the injections and the Frankenfood food and drinks are standard operating procedure. Then they make sure you are fully indoctrinated in the all expense paid public school system, having a starter course with children’s tel-lie-vision programming. Our children are told to ignore their pesky soul’s voice, whispering that sitting still for 6 hours is killing their spirit. Of course, if they can’t sit still for 6 hours, and stare at an adult droning on about inconsequential babble, or don’t comply, they get drugged with methamphetamines or other equally fun child sized drugs to pull them back in line. More importantly, they need to get them addicted to substances which further numb the soul’s connection, like sugar, alcohol, nicotine, addictive processed foods, and of course, caffeine. Once addicted, they will likely poison themselves for a lifetime, netting some handsome profits into the medical industrial complex while taking away your slaves potential threat of revolt.
Why is Caffeine the preferred and number one drug of choice for 9/10 slave farmers? This drug is not as innocent as you have been led to believe. It is the absolute best way to keep you separate from your soul, to calcify you pineal gland, melt your bones, and leave you detached from the most powerful connection to universal intelligence and the voice of spirit within or more succinctly put: To separate you from God.
Caffeine, a stimulant found predominantly in coffee beans, tea leaves and chocolate and has become an omnipresent part of all of our lives. Tell me one city or town you have recently visited that does not have at least 4 Starbucks, and 4 other coffee shops? And of course we know Billy Goats and his Dad bought StarBucks decades ago and they are out of the closet eugenists, but probably just a silly coincidence. Caffeine disrupts hormone levels and decreases muscle activity in the fallopian tubes, which can impede egg movement from the ovaries to the womb. Caffeine intake is also associated with reduced chances of conception and an increased risk of miscarriage. A study referenced in the “American Journal of Epidemiology” highlighted that consuming more than 300 mg of caffeine per day could significantly lower fertility rates in women. A cup of coffee has about 150mg of caffeine and the effects are cumulative, meaning the coffee you had yesterday adds to the one today. Caffeine intake can have a significant impact on fertility in boys and young men, leading to alterations in sperm count, motility, and morphology, potentially hindering male fertility. A study published in the journal “Human Reproduction” found that high caffeine consumption was associated with a decreased sperm concentration and lower total sperm count (Jensen et al., 2010). Caffeine can interfere with the endocrine system, affecting hormone levels such as testosterone. (Nawrot et al., 2003). Of course why would they want a man and woman conceiving for free when they could buy a baby from a lab. Now are you starting to see how they think? You are worth a dollar amount cradle to grave, they want to maximize every possible penny and the more illness, disease and disorders you have the more the make, and the easier you are to rule.
Back to caffeine: Most drink it for the increased alertness and energy, as well as stimulating the feel good dopamine and serotonin centers of brain. Unfortunately, the long-term impact of caffeine consumption, particularly from coffee, harbors several detrimental consequences. Let’s delve into the damaging aspects of caffeine, focusing on its effects on the prefrontal cortex, pregnancy, and the developing brains of children.
Let’s start with the chemicals that are released when you drink a cup of caffeine (coffee, tea, soda whatever has caffeine) and the damages associated with falsely stimulating these hormones over time. Keep in mind, drinking a black cup of coffee with “zero” calories can cause massive weight gain and promote cellulite and internal fat as you will see below.
- Adrenaline Constant stimulation of adrenaline can lead to increased heart rate and blood pressure, which over time may strain the cardiovascular system. Prolonged high levels of adrenaline can also contribute to anxiety, insomnia, and a weakened immune system.
- Dopamine While dopamine is associated with pleasure and reward, excessive dopamine release can lead to addictive behaviors and dependency. Over time, the body may reduce its natural dopamine production, leading to potential withdrawal symptoms and a decreased ability to feel pleasure (anhedonia).
- Cortisol Gaining Weight Alert! Elevated cortisol levels from chronic caffeine consumption can lead to stress, weight gain (especially in the abdominal area), high blood pressure, and disruptions in sleep. Long-term high cortisol levels can also impair cognitive function and mood, and increase the risk of chronic diseases like Type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis.
- Norepinephrine Excess norepinephrine can result in persistent high blood pressure and increased heart rate, which may contribute to cardiovascular diseases. High levels can also lead to anxiety, hyperactivity, and sleep disturbances.
- Glutamate Chronic stimulation of glutamate can cause excitotoxicity, where nerve cells are damaged or killed by excessive stimulation. This can lead to neurological issues, including memory loss and cognitive decline. It’s also associated with conditions such as mood disorders and neurodegenerative diseases.
- Serotonin While serotonin typically promotes well-being, excessive levels can lead to serotonin syndrome, a potentially life-threatening condition characterized by confusion, rapid heart rate, and high blood pressure. Long-term imbalance of serotonin can also contribute to mood disorders like depression
Yes, drinking these beverages can cause you to get fat, depressed, and diagnosed with diabetes and osteoporosis. Sounds bad enough, but that is just the beginning and why we can see it is the PERFECT drug of the ruling class. Studies have shown that caffeine consumption can significantly reduce blood flow to the prefrontal cortex by as much as 40% (Field, et al., 2003). In one video we see an actual MRI of the reduced blood flow to the prefrontal cortex, which is critical for higher cognitive functions such as decision-making, reasoning, and self-control. And attributes like empathy, compassion and creativity. Adequate blood flow is essential for its optimal functioning. When blood flow is reduced, these cognitive abilities will be impaired, leading to a decline in overall executive functions. And caffeine stays in your bloodstream for at least 6 hours after consuming for up to 12 hours or more.
Caffeine once ingested will shut down the prefrontal cortex. (Dager, et al., 1999). This shutdown results from the blockade of adenosine receptors, which play a vital role in promoting relaxation and sleep. When these receptors are blocked, the brain compensates by ramping up the production of stimulating neurotransmitters like dopamine and norepinephrine. The consequence is a limited capacity for higher reasoning so you are able to do repetitive, mind numbing tasks over and over without complaint. Kind of like a tweaker, but without all the glue and rhinestones. Not only are you wired to work, clean or repeat mindless behaviors, your complex thought processes are diminished, resulting in an inability to solve problems and think critically. Perfect for the conscientious slave farmer. You can get the slaves to work when sick, turn in TPS reports all day every day, look to authority for complex reasoning and clean up after their finished.
Pregnant women are often advised to limit caffeine intake, and for good reason. Caffeine crosses the placenta and can affect fetal development. Research indicates that high caffeine consumption during pregnancy is linked to an increased risk of miscarriage, preterm birth, and low birth weight (Chen, et al., 2014). Moreover, because the fetus has a slow metabolism for caffeine, it remains in their system longer, potentially causing developmental harm. Caffeine also drastically inhibits collagen, fibrin and elastin development, which is the building blocks to tendons, ligaments, cartilage and our skeletal system. Drinking caffeine in utero can lead to damage to the development of the growing baby, not just lower birth weight, but smaller stature, difficulty crawling and leads to toe walking.
In developing brains, caffeine can have lasting adverse effects. Children and adolescents who consume caffeine might experience disruptions in their sleep patterns, which are crucial for brain development, learning, memory and cognitive functions (Orbeta, et al., 2006). It interferes with adults sleep as well, but not as studied and children and teens. It is important to remember we still don’t know why we sleep, but the ruling class sure does like to keep us from dreaming. As an aside, if you take someone that was an alcoholic for say 10 years, and they quit drinking, they go through something called REM rebound. This is when the person makes up for every lost REM cycle, or dream they missed for the ENTIRE ten years they were suppressing them with alcohol! This is how imperative and important sleep and dreaming our to our miraculous body where EVERYTHING has a synergistic purpose beyond our comprehension.
Caffeine will disrupt the sleep cycles for up to 10 days after your last intake. High caffeine intake can lead to increased anxiety, difficulty concentrating, and impaired learning abilities. Given that these formative years are critical for brain maturation, caffeine can hinder normal developmental trajectories. Adequate sleep is essential for the consolidation of memories and the overall restoration of brain functions. Caffeine’s stimulant properties can lead to insomnia or poor-quality sleep, further impairing cognitive capacities over time (Drake, et al., 2013). Chronic sleep deprivation due to caffeine usage can also create and exacerbate mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.
More concerning is the widespread availability of caffeinated products massively targeted at younger populations, such as energy drinks. These products often contain high levels of caffeine that exceed even the fraudulent FDA recommended limits. Regular consumption can lead to life long dependence and increase the likelihood of cardiovascular and skeletal issues later in life (Schwartz, et al., 2015). Just like the sugar and tobacco industries targeted children with their marketing schemes, the caffeine industry is closely following suit. Get them addicted when they are young and you have a customer for life.
Long-term caffeine consumption has also been linked to an increased risk of developing osteopenia and osteoporosis. Caffeine can interfere with mineral absorption and even more disastrous caffeine is a mineral chelator.(Heaney, 2002). Meaning, when ingested, caffeine pulls minerals from your bones into your bloodstream. This leads to bone density loss, osteoporosis, tendon and ligament damage, knee and hip and shoulder joint damage to name a few. Just picture the medical industrial complex annual convention where they strategize how to get everyone over 60 to have at least two titanium joints and a hip replacement every 5 years. CaChing CaChing. Not to mention what all of that excess calcium in the bloodstream is doing such as calcifying the pineal gland, the blood vessels, the glomerulus capsules in the kidneys leading to kidney stones, and eventually renal failure. Ahhh, NBD. What’s a little renal failure here and there and the rest of your life on dialysis. At least your getting out of the house 3 times a week.
Cardiovascular health is another area impacted by excessive caffeine intake. While moderate coffee consumption can elevate blood pressure and increase the risk of arrhythmias (Greenberg, et al., 2007). This poses a significant risk, especially for individuals with preexisting heart conditions.
The potential for addiction should not be underestimated. Caffeine dependence can lead to physiological withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, irritability, and fatigue not to mention the psychological addiction and innate need to fit in with the mass of caffeine drinkers. (Juliano, et al., 2004). These symptoms can perpetuate a cycle of dependency, making it challenging to quit when everyone is offering to pick you up a coffee or meet you for a coffee or get a free one on your punch cards. I have even heard people say they don’t trust someone that doesn’t drink coffee. I can see why, we are actually, thinking, discerning on a higher level and you can’t manipulate, coerce or persuade us. Not good for the average slave farmer.
Given these adverse effects, it would be crazy to keep drinking your fellow slaves drug of choice. The road to recovery is not an easy one and most find giving up caffeine to be a hopeless pursuit. I would recommend weaning off very slowly so as not to experience withdrawal symptoms that may lead to a relapse. Every four days drop it a small amount. Give yourself 8 weeks without ANY caffeine and notice the difference in your cognitive abilities, your bodies flexibility, strength and stamina, your waistline and virility.
